I'm linking up with 4th grade frolics for my first Made it Monday this summer. I have seen many unique projects using Washi Tape all over the internet. Not to long ago I came across a Washi Tape keyboard and I knew right away I wanted to tackle this fun looking project. I was thinking I pinned it but when I checked my Pinterest board I couldn't find it. If you just google Washi Tape keyboard images all kinds of cool photos ideas come up. Here is my finished photo.
Believe it or not I didn't have any Washi Tape and wasn't even sure where to buy any. While shopping in the school supply isle at Target I happened to see Washi Tape for sale and quickly began looking for some coordinating colors. It was also buy 3 and get one free. ($2.99 a roll.) Not sure if it was a good price but I bought it up anyway. I came home and started working on my project. It probably took me about an hour and I love the finished result. I have never used Washi Tape before and it was very easy to remove and restick if I didn't get it exactly how I wanted it the first time. As you can see from the photo I didn't use much of each roll so I'm excited to try some other projects with it.
